Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the militarycalisthenicsworkout.com website and the Military Calisthenics Coach mobile app (together, "the Services"). By using the Services you agree to them.

Not medical advice

The Services provide general fitness information and workout timers. They are not medical advice, and no coach-client or medical relationship is created. Consult a physician before starting any exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are new to training. Stop exercising immediately if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. You train at your own risk and are responsible for choosing exercises and intensities appropriate to your own condition and environment.

Subscriptions

Parts of the app require a paid PRO subscription. Prices and billing periods are shown in the app before you buy. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account and renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their store policies. Where required by law, you may have additional withdrawal rights.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own for your own training. All content in the Services — text, programs, images and branding — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied, resold or redistributed.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Services: no reverse engineering, no attempts to bypass purchase mechanisms, and no use of the content to build a competing product.

Disclaimer and liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for injuries resulting from your training decisions. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body or health where such limits are not permitted.

No military affiliation

The Services are independent and educational. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representative of any military or government organization.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this page with its effective date. If you keep using the Services after a change, the new terms apply.

Governing law & contact
