Privacy Policy

This policy covers the militarycalisthenicsworkout.com website and the Military Calisthenics Coach mobile app (together, "the Services"). The short version: the app keeps your training data on your device, we don't run accounts, and we collect as little as possible.

The controller responsible for the Services is Miguel Cepeda, Erismannstrasse 34, 8004 Zürich, Switzerland (see the Impressum).

Data the app stores on your device

Everything you enter in the app — onboarding answers (such as goals, fitness level and body measurements), workout completions, weight log, favorites and custom workouts — is stored locally on your device. It is not uploaded to our servers; we don't operate any. Deleting the app deletes this data. There is no account and no sign-up.

Purchases

Subscriptions are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We use RevenueCat to validate purchases and manage subscription status. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app-generated identifier, your purchase history for this app and basic device information — never your name, email or payment details, which stay with Apple or Google. Data the website processes

The website is a static site hosted on Netlify. Like most web hosts, Netlify keeps short-lived server logs (IP address, requested page, browser type) to operate and secure the service. The site sets no tracking cookies and runs no advertising.

Third-party content

Some images in the Services are loaded from content delivery networks. When your device fetches them, the CDN sees your IP address, as with any web request.

Health data

Fitness inputs you provide (weight, measurements, workout activity) remain on your device as described above. The app does not read from or write to Apple Health / HealthKit or Google Fit.

Children

The Services are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly process their data.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the Swiss Data Protection Act and the GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export personal data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Because your training data lives only on your device, you can exercise deletion at any time by resetting progress in the app or uninstalling it. For purchase data, you can also contact us and we will forward the request to RevenueCat.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update it here with a new effective date. Material changes will be flagged in the app or on this site.
