The Mission
About
Military Calisthenics is a field manual for building real strength with nothing but your bodyweight, a pull-up bar and a patch of ground. The training philosophy borrows from how armed forces around the world prepare soldiers: simple movements, high standards, ruthless consistency.
What you'll find here
- Progressions that take you from your first rep to test-passing numbers.
- Programming you can run anywhere — barracks, garage or hotel room.
- The actual standards behind common military fitness tests.
- Conditioning that prepares you to carry weight, not just lift it.
The three levels
Every brief is tagged so you know what you're walking into:
- Recruit — new to training; building the base.
- Soldier — solid foundation; chasing the standard.
- Operator — advanced volume, skill and load.
